As you all have noticed that GM on 3rd July 2009 has been cancelled due to H1N1 Influenza virus
this means that we have 1 less GM to go through 1st aid.
Do download the BFA notes from:

1.register/sign up an account for free
2. go to the link.
3.click on Basic First Aid .doc.
4.Click on " click here to start download" button.
5. download the file accordingly to your preference.
6. Edit the phrase "Tongue Jaw Lift" to "Head Tilt Chin Lift" in the CPR section
7.Print the notes out.
Do read up the notes to prepare for your upcoming BFA examinations.
Jot down any questions if you are unsure about anything.
If no questions, you are expected to pass your BFA.
