Apologies on behalf of all the sec 4s to the competition teams' members.

I'm very sorry that you all are dismissed late today and made some of your parents waited very long for you. Really sorry! Besides that, i would like to say, the standards from you all kept dropping further. I hope that after the "intensive" punishments given today would teach you to be alert and quick in your movements.

Sec 3s: You all have been through NCOC and going to be NCOs soon. I really do hope you all won't be so slack anymore alright? The time left for the competition is limited. Therefore, i really urge you all to improve your attitude and not to slack during the training. Don't always disappoint us, the sec 4s. Be more enthusiastic, okay?

Sec 2s: After a year or so in sjab, you all should know what we want from you. You still have alot more things to learn for the competition and the time left are limited. So please give us your full attention to everything taught, alright? We don't have time to re-teach the things taught over and over again.

Oh, and please feel free to share your opinions and thoughts about today's training, be it good or bad remarks in the tagboard. It's okay, you won't be punished for the bad remarks you made. Instead, we will improve on it if it's possible=) BYE!
