a. armsling- reef knot on same side of injury - for forearm
b. elevation- reef knot on opposite side of the injury - for collar bone, shoulder blades,rib cage,upper arm
c. Scalp - for head injuries
d. Amputation A.K.A doraemon - for amputated parts of body preferable. limbs
** rmb to make use of ur casualty as much as possible

3.Revise choking proceduer( hamlet manuevour ) - rmb inwards & upwards motion & ask casualty if she 's pregnant - move inwards for preg/obese.

4. Revise on CPR - rmb your life is more important & you should blow 400ml to 600ml of air

Time : 6.40 a.m (SHARP)
Venue: School Foyer
Attire : Full Brigade Uniform ( come in Half Brigade Uniform )
Items to bring :
1. Thermometer
2. Ice mountain Water bottle
3. Full brigade Uniform ( Berret, Shirt/Blouse[ with badges ] , Pants/Cullotes , Belt, Socks and Boots)

Things to do:
1. Trim finger nails
2. Polish boots
3. Iron Uniform
4. Season berret
5. Have 7 hours of adequate UNINTERUPTED sleep
6. Hydrate before,during,after the parade
7. Eat breakfast before reporting.

Note* : We will wearing full brigade uniform throughout the entire day.

PS from Kelvin: Bring ur half u too, as u all MUST change after school. Do NOT wear FULL U outside school
