To avoid confusion,Please note that the Second CCA day training which falls on every Tuesday had already been approved by the Uniform Group CCA Teacher-In-Charge,Mr Imran,and it will begin with effect after school reopen.Therefore,on 28/6/11,a day before the morning Parade,CCA will resume on that day.As for the timeline and attire,NCO will draft out the GM Plan a week before school reopen.So do not worry so much.

Mr Chang had not give out the parent acknowledgement form for the Second CCA day because this was only approved on the last second day of school.But he will most likely give out the form to all of us when school reopen.Therefore,You got around 1 month to settle your personal timetable to prevent any events such as tuition to clash with Tuesday training after school reopen.

The attendance of this Second GM is also taken into consideration for your promotion and CCA points.In other words,Both Tuesday And Friday Trainings are equally important.All Cadets are expected to be present for both trainings.However,Tuesday training are shorten by 1 hour as compared to Friday training to allow all cadets to have a more flexible timing for their studies.I hope all of you understand that the Tuesday training is implemented as our Corp had really very little training per week as compare to other school's Corp.I believe with sufficient practice,we are also able to achieve excellent result for our Corp for competition and Corp achievement Award.

Thus,lets work hard together and improve our Corp to show others we are capable of producing result.With commitment and the right attitude to improve,we definitely can do it.

To All:
Please note that there will be holiday training on 24 and 25 june 2011.This is to prepare us for the SJAB Day morning parade on 29th June 2011.

Reporting Time For Both days:0850hrs(8.50am)
Ending Time For Both days:1405(2.05pm)
Please bring water bottle filled to the brim and enough money for lunch and transport.There will be lunch break from 1200-1245pm.

*Reporting Attire For 24/6/11:PT Kit(School PE shirt Or Corp Tee With Track pants)
*Reporting Attire For 25/6/11:Report In Half U(See Attire Rules & Regulation),Bring Along Full Uniform with all accessories Pinned up.And Season Beret,Polish Boots.

People who are overseas,please photocopy your Passport to certify that you are overseas and hand in the photocopied documents to SJAB teachers when school reopen.People who are sick are to provide MC or parent letter.Please do not abused the idea of being Sick in order to skip the training.Everyone must at least attend 1 out of the 2 days training except for those who at overseas.Please understand that the Parade rehearsal training is important,so is the Parade.

Lastly,please make an effort to memorize part or the entire SJAB pledge.

For Sec 2+3-Public duty,NCOC- Read!!

There will be public duty for this next friday for the Inter-class olympic challenge.Some school events.All sec 2 and 3 are down for public duty.As i have to attend a ngee ann leadership camp,i will be leaving school after morning assembly.So layguat will be the overall-in-charge for next week public duty.Remember go and revise your first-aid notes,there are some useful links under the affiliates section of the blog,can go view if you want.If not can go google search for first-aid notes on bleeding,bandaging.Those who are assigned to Relay area,please make sure you know your first-aid well,cause chances of casualties at relay area are high.Make well use of the first-aid tools.I do not wish to hear other teachers complained that we did not fulfill the job of a first-aider,dont disgrace yourself as a SJAB Cadet.

Next,for this Sunday NCOC course,Please note that you're supposed to meet Mr Chong at HQ at 8.45am.You may come earlier if you want.The course will start at 9.00am.PLEASE do not be LATE,or else it will be very complicated.Sleep well on saturday night,drink plenty of water.Do not fall sick!and must come for the NCOC even if you're late.Instructions for late-comers are given in the attachments,so i wont say more.
Attire will be Full-Uniform without Rank slides,lanyard,badges,Only nametag and belt will do.Report in Half-Uniform and changed at HQ,so i suggest you come earlier to prevent the over-crowding of toilets.If you washed your Full-U and Corp Tee and they aren't dry before Sunday,please think of any means to make it dry.Eg, ironing it,drying it with hairdryer etc.Boots MUST BE POLISHED!Or else i dont know what the officers will do to you.SEASON your Beret too!!I'm sure you all know how to go HQ right?

Lastly,really sleep early on Saturday night and follow the rules and regulation stated in the attachments and bring all the required materials.Don't be scared,just relax okay! They scold you,you just take in those that are beneficial,the rest just go out the other ear.Don't cry,they will make your life more difficult.Be brave and show them the power of Deyi SJAB! :D Anything can just msg/call me or other NCOs.All the best to all of you!
